Thank you Kindly for info, J brought some rice last week he said it was lovely and @55p bonus, we are  not heading to Morrisons this week we have  lots on freezer to use , J is picking me up some Lambs liver form Farm shop on his way home from work it’s good for both B12,& Vit D, I can eat it flashed on BBQ as is, a lovely sunny start here, today a warmer day hopefully,
Aww we both baked then Hun I did sausage rolls and cheese straws, how did you quiche turn out haven’t had that in years It’s the one food J does not like and shop brought ones are not the best, did you enjoy the chicken pie as well your house will have smelt so nice like mine did. Few chores today but I aim to be in Graden, sorted DS Buss pass for him, he called in yesterday I had brought him some new sketchers with Arch support , he was so loving the comfy feeling, and felt they supported his ankles as well, well sweetest friend happy Friday enjoy your day much love and hugs xxxxxxxxx
