Hope you both had good nights sleep and K is well so he can go to tomorrow’s Pre Op. reading your message and saved it about the choices you make whilst eating in order of food, Interesting Hun, with my tummy issues might be an idea I can take on board and tweak ? I don’t eat that much beef either but I will if I Fancy but I don’t remember the last time I did haha.its damp here to start, school runs Postoffice for me collecting a parcel as well .Dad is coming tomorrow this week, he so enjoying the Winter Olympics , any news yet Hun on scooter ?
