Hi Angela, unfortunately I can't take a bath since I cannot get in because of my knees not bending far enough. Have to take showers which is why my chair is so necessary so I can sit a while and have a nice long one,. Wouldn't be able to stand that long.
You worked hard yesterday in the garden. No wonder your back is sore, Do be careful if you go out again today that you don't overdo it.
It is 6 degrees and damp, grey rain coming later so still not able to get out in my garden.
May 1st so my nursery opens today but don't think they will have many buyers as the frost warning is on for another 2 days.
It is hard being a carer. I was for David for nearly 3 years. ,lets hope hubby decides to have his op soon.
I started a months session of chair yoga yesterday, a special for seniors for a dollar a day. Managed to do it yesterday so we'll see how it goes
I'm late today as things kept happening. One was that my report was in from my tests on Monday. I think the long and short of them is that I have hyper responsivenesss with asthma.. whatever that means. Asthma is new. Anyways nothing terribly wrong.
Best get on with returns as it's lunchtime already. Enjoy your evening, wish you could sleep better
