How did Lucius had known, Scorpius didn't know, he didn't care, mesmerized by the creature who oscillated now between flesh and sand, deteriorating by the minute.
"She's not your mother, Scorpius, don't let it touch you, she craves life now, if she feeds on you, you shall die. Back off... slowly..." said Lucius, his wand ready to cast a spell.
