a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Kimalisa! yes, Vuong's book is a novel; it starts with an almost attempted suicide.  would like to explore their poetry, but maybe a little later. I finished Kingfisher's book so will hopefully visit the library tomorrow. the boys are snoozing (surprise!), and send sleepy snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie many, many ear rubs. hooray for being a champ during the storm! it's 82 here, which I suppose isn't incredibly hot for you, but I have the A/C running.  how are you doing, migraine-wise? take care, and hugs! xoxo
