a sunny evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Kimalisa! ahhh! watching the little lizards! I would sit out in my son's back patio (in Dallas), and watch the little lizards, too. (he has a very small back area as they live in a townhouse condo.) here at home we've been watching the tiny young bunnies. today was my first day of complete rest since driving back from my sister's on Sunday, and I needed it. I started re-reading Lord of the Rings this afternoon. tomorrow I will pick Ellie up from her summer program, and then take her and Mama Jen to get Mama's new car. Ellie and I had lunch together on Monday; it's been much less time together with the summer schedule. Tuesday my stepdaughter, and granddaughter Elia came to have a late lunch with me. they live about an hour south so we get together only a few times a year. Dresden is curled up, purring, and sends snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie lots and lots of ever lasting ear rubs. take care, and keep cool! hugs! xoxo 🌻❤️🦋

I'm sorry to hear about Bessie's nail, but glad it's alright, poor girl xox Tucker sends her lots of kitty kisses to make it all better :) We had thunderstorms last night also, Iowa got tornadoes so I won't complain about the thunder and lightning. I think it's Mother Nature's way of saying, nanananana, to the fireworks! I'm hanging in here, arthritis has been bad this week probably because of the heat and high humidity, but I'm surviving. Tuck gave me a big hug from Bessie, thank you Bessie!!! Hug and love to you all from me, and purrs and kisses from Tuck for all xoxox
