Hello Sweet, thank you for the EFM. No l didnt get my easy day l was hoping for , but it was easier than my usual day as l cant get out to do the shopping. I try to use local folk for jobs but dont know enough folk now K is retired. Mark is the other side of town but recommended by Ade and Bev. We have to use the big companies for other jobs though our youngest does our simple electrical stuff around the house and garden. So glad you enjoyed the garden centre trip out. I had to go back to meds for tummy pain and trouble, the hiatal hernia didnt give reflux as l follow the rules but it did give pain and imitated a heart attack symptoms a few times. I did well off the meds for a good month or more which you are meant to do to let the acid build so food is digested properly. I had a good nights rest last night only woke once for the loo trip lol. the first since l dont know when . I had the cheek to still yawn when l got up. Have a lovely day Hun, oh no roast today except roast potatoes with lunch. Enough roast beef left from last time so will have that sliced up. Lots of love and hugs to you both xxx
