All is well out here on Vancouver Island.  I retired 4 1/2 years ago, went to my son's basement suite for 4 years, and now am happily living in senior's housing in Nanaimo.  Think of you sometimes; you are not forgotten! Especially when I see your country on the news.  xxxx

Hi Sheila, it's disappointing about the Lobster because the BDs take lot of time, work & resources.  However once you accumulate more pink gems you can always go back & try again. I would try and build up a good reserve of pinkies first. Everyone seems to he growing pumpkins & building scarecrows just now so they are hunting for spooky wildlife. Maybe a Halloween garden (advertised in the wildlife guide) would be a good way of earning more pinkies as you could use regular veggies, fruit or bird mix on your tables and let the number of pink gems grow. It would also save on your underwater seeds. Then maybe when we get our next free SF weekend you will have enough pinkies to try again :-)

Morning Sheila, the red coral attracts Lobster but it also needs spawn on a low plate to feed from. And you didn't have enough pink gems to put food out for underwater frogs to lay the spawn. The Bottom Dwellers are complicated in that you not only have to plant to attract them - and as you work your way up to the higher ones, also plant to deter the lower ones - you also have to do a bit of frog breeding unless you do plenty of that beforehand so you have loads of frogs to fall back on. Also, as you need to attract 10 of each BD before you can move on to the next one it's better to have SF so you can get through all 10 with one coral & one plate of spawn. Have you spotted 5 of each BD? x
