Maybe you are not due any land frogs either & will need to spot some tadpoles etc in other ponds. I have always attracted mine underwater & am never 100% sure on how to attract land frogs but I think you get 1 for every complete set of tadpole, froglet & underwater frog you spot. There is a section in the forums about frog breeding though x

Hi Sheila, I think you will have to go on dry land for spawn. It doesn't look like you are due any more underwater frogs at the moment, but you are maybe already aware of that :-)

You need the blue Pondweed 1st,
Buy blue rocks in shop, dust to fully grown,
Use the parosol mushie to attract phoenish every 3rd plants Pondweed,
Then put out used rocks plant blue coral and wait for a blue Guppy to come,it will colour your rocks,

I advise getting orange, yellow and green coral too, let the blue Pondweed guppies colour all the corals,
Once all coloured you can remove the Pondweed,

I've looked and I don't think your due any underwater frogs,
The only option is land frog,
