Morning Judith that is handy having a son who can sort out your roof for you, oooh you mentioned dumplings lol!!........ Good morning Judith.  I went to hospital  to remove my dressing, my wound has healed pretty well so now I've to apply ointment only. Next went to the physician, he asked me to reduce weight, I need to cut down on rice and have salad or oats for dinner. Also got my eyes tested, everything is normal. On the weekend I was at home, dint go to church. I wanted to visit mom but I couldn't so next week going to visit her.  Wilfred cooked beef, i did the dishes. Have a lovely day.  Take care 💕
