I decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
When I went to McDonalds earlier, I parked outside and walked in instead of using the drive through.  Go me!!!

Good morning lovely,  I hope that you were not too tired after your busy day, yesterday. Sounds like you had a lovely day with your Dad and Margot.
I remember my Grandad telling me tales of his journeys along the Orinoco (he was a sailor in the early 1900's, and travelled all over the world).
Your visit to the Amazon sounds fascinating, you must have many great memories.
