It turned nice here in the afternoon x I did some inside chores and sat in the garden for a while in the afternoon x A nice comfortable heat for me dont like it to warm x Hope you have enjoyed your day and have a relaxing evening x Some chilli rice crackers to nibble on just going to make a cuppa x

The new fly screen is in place, but the door has been closed all day, very chilly here and grey for most of the day.

well that sun never arrived today must have got lost on way to us!
no real target for weight loss i am just going with the flow am 31lbs down in 7 weeks so should not complain lol

Hi Judith, I forgot that with the sun comes the grass cutting! I've done it twice and need to do it again. I went to Sam's last week and found the Parkinson's charity shop which is good as I'm seeing Sue next week so I can take her there. I was called to the hospital and thought he was going to tell me some news and all he wanted was my family history of bowel cancer. He listened and said we'll be having you back in a couple of years to do it again. As for the results this time I'll be in touch once we hear something. To be honest he could have just phoned and saved a lot of time!! I think there's still about 7-8 weeks to go. The tablets seem to work well so I'm feeling fine. Hope you're on the mend too, there's a lot of nasties about.
