Good morning lovely, glad to know that your knee is settling, the sooner the better.
We have the plumber here today, replacing 2 old radiators, think they have been here since the place was built and they are rusty. We are, gradually, getting things done, we knew that we had things to do when we moved here. Hoping to get the kitchen done in the New Year, did I tell you that it was put on hold because the builder fell off of his ladder and now needs a back operation (poor man).
