Hello Judith, went back to bed and slept for over 2 hours - wonderful!
Hope that you enjoyed your mooch around Donna's garden and that the flat pack arrived okay.
Like you I have to watch what I eat, so I have a couple of days a week of homemade soup, tonight (and it will last a couple of days) I am making celery soup.  Col will have a pork teriyaki. An easy meal to make.
I have, recently, heard a lot about micro-veg and growing your own on a windowsill. Stephanie (other daughter) bought me a kit for my birthday. Going to give it a go, my first lot will be pea shoots, bean sprouts and broccoli sprouts, I will, most likely, stick with those.  Will let you know how I get on.
