Hi Judith, taking things slowly as it started playing up again. A lot on here stress/worry wise so thats not helping . Nice to be visiting gardens again . Trying to catch up with Christmas shopping etc so glad l started early so less to do now. I hope everyone there is fit and well now. K is still doing great weight loss wise. I have been cheating a bit so gained some , still lost just shy of a stone so pleased with that. Weather here was dry early on, but rain came in this pm. It is warm though despite the wind.
