Morning Judith before I had my knee replacement I had injections they did work for a time , they recommend ice packs In A tea towel helps rather than heat . Hope the injection has worked xx

Night night Ju! I hope your injection wasnt too painful and I pray that you get some relief from it. I decided to rest up after my drive today. The turkey breast will take approx 3 hrs to cook, so I'll get started early in the morning. You know I rise early anyway. I may not sprinkle again til Thursday evening. I'm sure Gil will give me a hand if I need some help. He knows his way around the kitchen. Lol. Sleep well my friend and pleasant dreams. Love ya big!
