Morning Sweet, yesterday was grey with a light shower or two. l stayed in as l was tired, still not sleeping well. Please wish J a very Happy Birthday from me, its my eldest sons today too. I will be seeing him later. Today is meant to be better but it looks the same as yesterday and just as chilly. Yes the change over in diet is playing havoc , but l am sure it will settle in a week or so , well l hope so lol. . How are you doing now all better? Have a nice explore in the garden centre and Morry's, nice padded jackets with hoods down to £17-£20 ., in Black, Green and Wine colours. Enjoy your steak, thats on offer too its only topside though.
