Good morning Linda. I’ve just watched Emmerdale. Won’t spoil it for you if you haven’t watched it yet! It’s another cool, grey morning here. It hasn’t been the best August weather has it…and still no rain! Yesterday I went to a funeral with Steve’s brother, as obviously he couldn’t make it. It was their cousins wife. It was a lovely but sad service and it was standing room only! She was a very popular lady. Saying that, her husband was one of a family of eight, so with their partners and their grown up children, plus some grandchildren, they made up a big part of the mourners. We didn’t intentionally to go back to the wake but glad we did. Had a great catch up with all the cousins we hadn’t seen since the last funeral. We all send Xmas cards but only get to meet up at funerals. I’ve got a bit of shopping to do later, just along to Aldi. Mark is on nights and I don’t want to drag him out for the few bits I want. I’m going to make another cuppa now before I get dressed. Enjoy your day, catch up later xx
