Hi Linda. It’s nice but chilly here. Can’t quite get rid of the cold wind, it’s not as wild but it’s chilly. Took my specimen and BP diary along to the medical centre. Got there at 8.30 and it was empty. Had about a 20 minute wait for a bus so I walked. Only took me 20 minutes. I hate waiting around for anything! Can’t believe you’ve not seen To Kill a Mockingbird, it’s a classic. We never did it in school but Mark did. I would have loved to. Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch, was made for the part.I watched the film first and was hooked! I was afraid the book wouldn’t live up to the film but it did. Over the years the kids bought me the book, video and eventually the dvd. My treasures 😂 The Hollies were my favourite group as well. Had a ‘thing’ for Allan Clarke. Watched a documentary about them a while back. It was very good. I’m sure Matt will be fine, it’s the worst part, waiting. Have a good afternoon with your friend (and Matt) chips and fish lunch? I’ve got a bit of ironing to do then I’m going to watch a few recorded programs. Have a lovely weekend xx
