Hello Carmen we had a cloudy start but the sun out out late this afternoon,  we got to 24c today.
We both had a blood test this morning early .
Pottered sorting out my new craft stuff for next week.
Went to my physio this afternoon and he worked on my neck and gave me 3 exercises to strengthen my legs after sitting for 6 weeks.
Went for a 30 min walk in the Botanical Gardens and  also found 2 books to read.
Did a load of washing (light coloured) and hung it out this evening,  will do a dark load tomorrow morning.
