Hi Carmen, I do like cream cheese (I'm wondering just how different it might be between our two countries?) But typically eat it on crackers and occasionally in a toasted sandwich, literally two pieces of toast spread with cream cheese and sandwiched together, not a grilled cheese. Did you manage anything on your To Do List yesterday or did the couch start calling your name even louder? Thank you! I actually wrote down the date when I restarted the Topiaries, 24th February, but it's not realistic as I started them once before, back in 2023. I am very glad to be done!
