Morning Sue, glad to hear all is sorted now, I can just imagine your frustration and can understand the blue air! I was somewhat frustrated myself yesterday trying to resolve an issue with a courier, firstly via chatbot (sigh) then via email where the customer service person seems unable to actually read or understand what I wrote! Bring back the days when you can speak to an actual human. The housing are also failing to respond over what is quite a serious matter despite my best efforts. I'm staying home today, I've got some more stuff to sort out for charity, my wardrobe is half empty already lol but there's no point keeping stuff I'm not wearing, I've learned to be brutal at clearing out! I hope you can have a de-stress today and that you can maybe get out into the garden. It's bright and sunny here but cooler and raining on and off. Iam so sorry the B....y saga still goes on for you, I only hope the word Compensation was mentioned for you, ???   Pfffttt doubt it lol. heres to friday being so much better, humid here Hun  and storms to come,  we are sliding over to D old house  to collect a missing rabbit hutch cover an d the Christmas tree i have kept alive , all good stuff, big hugs you enjoy a nice walk with Maggie, hope J is feeling ok and coping in this yuk humid air, big love sue, xxxxxxx
