I found a penny today
Just laying on the ground.
But it's not just a penny
This little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from heaven
that's what my Grandpa told me.
He said Angels tossed them down
Oh, how I loved that story!

He said when an Angel misses you
They toss a penny down,
sometimes just to cheer you up
To make a smile out of your frown.

So don't pass by that penny
When you're feeling blue.
It may be a penny from heaven
That an Angel's tossed to you.

Good evening Jeannie and sounds like heavy work done earlier today. I certainly hope you both did manage to rest . It has been sunny here today, mind you it was rather chilly first thing. This morning I went a walk round to the doctor's to question about the RSV vaccination, as I have had an e-mail about having it. But I thought it was a one off injection and I had it last year. Yes it is a one off, but it hadn't been put in my notes. The receptionist checked back and saw that yes I had had it. Grace has been allowed home today, and I hope she has seen sense, and will try very hard to eat properly. I am waiting for an appointment from X-Ray at present. I was doing my ironing this morning when my iron stopped working, and got cooler and cooler. So now need a new iron. I managed to iron the necessary clothes before it got to cool. My very best wishes and lots of love and hugs. xx
