Hi Kim, l do agree its much harder as we age to lose the weight. I rarely feel hunger, my tummy is weird like that. l know it doesnt work properly due to meds and a hiatus hernia l assume. If l leave eating l can get pain or feel sick , so l eat hopefully before that happens. Good luck with the weight loss. Mine has come back down now l am not eating treats. Not far enough to reach my previous target weight. l aim on getting down to hubbies weight , he is doing really well. He only eats 2 meals a day and a hot Chocolate made with milk before bed. l cant do that so l have 4 small ones, except on a Sunday when l have a big roast lunch. Have a lovely new week Hun xx
