Hi Kim, l was 15.5 and went down over a period of a couple of months to 14.2 , since then worry and or stress has seen it rise to 14.8 due to eating late at night and hubby bringing home digestive biscuits when he shops. I dont even like biscuits really but its a grab and go thing isnt it. I am usually a careful food planner for myself, as certain foods for me are off the menu due to intolerances. Well done on your loss , slow but steady is the way to go for sure. Back to healthy eating ..next week lol for me xxx
