There's a magical place
where faeries do live
elves and gnomes reside there too
caring for wild-life for me and for you
hiding beneath a mushroom or two
these shy little creatures look after you
and the mice, which are plenty visit frequently.
The shyer creatures are loathed to appear,
though when they show up we all give a cheer.
Mythical animals there are quite a few,
then rarer wild-life timourously appear;
though the wait seems forever, and
they soon disappear.
The gardens are lovely, a pleasure to see
The people who fill up the plates for the food
are generous and kind, and seldom are rude
So, if you are looking for a magical place
come to fairyland, and you will see
how much joy and happiness these gardens can be
may you find the magic and love that is there
for all of the faeries and elves, that live there,
they'd love to see you, the gnomes they would too
for you see, they really do care about you!
