💦Sprinkles💦 Football? Is there a game on? Abraham has gone to watch. hate it. So a holiday is booked yay, what happened to coming to Oxford? As for the gym I normally spend about 45/50 min on weights, and on the bike & rower. Today I just did 20 min on the bike. Was too tired & it was so hot. I spent the afternoon in the church car part, then an hour walk with the dogs, prayer meeting then slug picking up, about 150 of the blighters tonight, It is going to be hot tonight, so sleep if you can. I'm so drugged I will with the antihistomine & Painkiller. Good night
