Running late today...lots of distractions and high drama with Amanda & James. Don't know the full story yet, but she's supposed to call around 3pm. Really nice day here & I'd like some time by the pond, if possible. Making some sort of Mexican bean & cheese nacho.with avocado for supper...I need to use my avocado's & more cilantro! On Sunday making calf liver with bacon & onions and a chick pea salad on the side. Monday is steak with mushrooms, asparagus  and a frozen yogurt raspberry/pistachio dessert.  Tuesday: pork chops, greens & cornbread....maybe pickled beets too. Hope we both can keep the Bickersons at bay! Sending my Bestie lots of love, hugs and kisses i♥️♥️♥️
