Night Sprinkle for our Sweeties!
Had a very nice, "Me Day". No time by the pond, cause it got overcast by mid afternoon, so just read on the couch. John's 1st day of work is on the 29th & he plans on settling  in the week before. He's renting a house, but needs to buy basics . Susie, I can't even imagine how much money his Dad has given him. I really hope he pays him back. Ugh....don't get me started! Holly finally called Mike today.  I didn't ask why the delay. Best to keep mum when it comes to those "kids". Glad you got your pickles made. Yes, that can be quite time consuming, but worth it.
Sounds like your crop is winding down, so maybe not much more canning in your future. Thinking of making a pork stir fry with rice and Asian slaw for supper tomorrow.
