I'm so sorry that back is still creaky. I've never tried them, but Bill used to get relief from those pain patches. I'm glad they recovered the body  too...sometimes they don't.  There's some really strong currents in the Straits and jumping from that height,  one would go quite deep into the water and be carried away. I always feel a little creepy when I'm swimming and there's a search ongoing. I hope Ed gets caught up on his sleep. He must be pleased with his garden's progress. Hope you got enough rain last night so you won't have to water and can baby your back a bit. Will continue with prayers. Sending love and hugs and kisses for my Bestie ♥️♥️♥️
