Hi Evelyn, thats my theory  too, l rarely buy naughty but nice things now as my will power is not the best. My weight has crept up a bit this week, l thought l was doing something wrong .. but l found out this morning what it was ... for 5 days, l was not taking my water tablets each morning , but a low dose pain killer . The packaging and tablets look identical , l didnt think to check the writing on the back. l saw it this morning by accidently flipping the pack over  l noticed the meds title was shorter lol. looked with my reading glasses and found it was the wrong ones. What nuts do you eat? some healthy nuts like Cashews are high in calories, but great for magnesium. So sorry Colin had another episode , that doesnt sound like Migraine if it affected his speech and pain in the back of the head could be high BP he should get it checked out Hun. l may be wrong and l hope l am,  but please err on the side of caution and get him checked at the Chemist or Doctors. Its how my Dad suffered before he had a stroke , he too put it down to Migraine. Take care Hun  xxx
