watered a thirsty one

I do not give Rylee or Jojo animal bones - Beef, Pork, Chicken. They hold no nutritional value and usually come back in the middle of the night in a herk, herk mess. Last night we had porkchops - bone in. Hubby was taking the plates to the kitchen counter Rylee and Jojo in tow and Rylee somehow got hold of one of the leftover bones. I jumped up to help get him Hubby went one way I went the other and was able to grab him. He was not giving up his prize - grr-ing at me, refusing to give it up. Trade I asked - "Grrr" he said, I had to pry open his jaws - he's a strong bugger but I got him to drop it and gave him the trade treat. No more bone in porkchops! Happy Monday.

There are times when we think about what is important to us. Some value money, possessions, or property. To me these are of no value. I think about family and the love that keeps us together. But family is not just about blood it is about those that wish to be with me as I wish to be with them. That bond and the love shared is what a true family is about. Unconditional love. xx
