Hi berna, hope you’re ok and recovered from your back procedure? If I remember rightly it’s injections into the spine??  Had a lovely day yesterday it was my nephews babies 1st birthday, so we had taken his partner and the birthday girl out for lunch while he was in work and then the rest of the family all came over late afternoon.  Today the weather has been dreadful, high winds and rained all day, went out earlier to get sone groceries and came straight home afterwards put the heating on and caught up on a bit of telly . Hope you are having a nice day xxxxxx
