Hi berna, hope all is well :)) Took Johns mum out yesterday, she was feeling a lot better but just fed up with herself as she’s not moved out of her bedroom for the last week, but she did really well but did have to use her walking frame.   I’ve been to the gym today, had a couple of classes booked , so I’m now in my pjs resting my aching bones lol watching the ladies football   Enjoy the rest of your day berna xxxxxx

get away for a bit ~ We are overcast
again today; humidity is at 64% and
we seem to be getting rain everywhere
but here ~ Need to get out and pick
up a few birthday cards for both
