It's  good to move Vivette...My sister found it funn when I told her I do the alphabet with my ankles... Today when she went to have her tires changed she had some time went to her library and was told they were playing cards.. Well Lilian my sister will go back to play next week as she loves caligraphy and you pick 8 beautiful cards and write as many words as you can  my sister is quite the reader so she will enjoy these word games...   we both   did letter today I with my feet.  and she used her brain..  Enjoy a well deserved sleep and sweet dreams

🍀☘️☀️A sunny day to start spring. 59/15 with thankfully mild winds. Yesterday was brutal with high winds, snow, sleet and a headache.  Friends cancelled our weekly meeting and I took a nap instead. I did get some knitting done on the baby sweater and ripped back on the sock as one side had 29 stitches and the other 24, no clue how I went so wrong, so just starting that part over. Calling for rain this weekend, rain is good.  Hoping winter is gone for good. Hope all i well at your home.

If you heard some heavy breathiong
all the way in Kansas it''s me trying out those  new exercises..They are difficult  and
my teacher said sit after each exercise.

☘️🍀⛈️❄️What a change! 34/1 snowing and high winds today. Up early for dentist. Friend group may not meet today due to weather. Good afternoon for a nap then.  Ready to start quilting another lap quilt, will try to plan the quilting more this time.  Stay warm and hve a good day.
Hi Teri - nasty day today. Not best news at Dentisit. need a new crown and an old one needs to be replaced as there is some decay. I am good about brushing and flossing but I guess it's just old age.

i know i need a filling  but one
thing at a time  this afternoon it's physiotherapy..💕. . .l  hear it's windy
in my area...and not Spring weather yet..
oh well l'll manage getting into the volunteer driver's car  and get back...ok...you as well Vivette...one thing at a time.. we'll manage

☘️🍀☀️🛒🥧Happy Pi Day!  74/23 today, so not so hot but high wind warnings and fire danger. Lots of farm fields in our area and when they burn hard to put out, Enjoyed line dance yesterday . Slept in an hour today, lots of errands and hubs who often does not know what day it is reminded me it was Pi day and I must make a pie...sigh...Dillons has them for $3.99..I'll probably go that route! Hope Friday is uneventful for you!

Hi Teri - So, are you considering moving to a care home facilty permanently? Big decision. I've discovered there are some senior apartments in my town, something to keep in mind for when I can no longer care for Sid at home/  Got to get all the "stuff" out of the basement with that thought in mind. I figure I have 10 years in this house maximum, might take me that long ha!

Have a  wonderful Thursday  you are quite a super person Vivette... to help sort  so many donations ...to   find energy to help your real garden grow.... today i'm doing what i need as far as xercises...tomorrow with my daughter i will venture out and see what i can take to the convalescent home..   then  will  put  on paper  what will help me to be happy and help others as well ... soon as i find a proper senior residence which will meet my needs  to be myself...  as a    senior  which of course i sometimes  forget...
