Hi berna, hope you’re ok and oh poor Bob ..cracked rib very painful and gonna take a fair bit of resting up eh?  Hopefully he will recover quickly and you still manage to getaway for you break before the summers out ! Had a lovely day out with my nephew, his partner and their little one today, she’s only 13 months and so adorable, I’m very close to my nephew as he’s only four years younger than our Ben so he spent so much time with us when he was growing up , he’s always been like my second son :)  and I’ve been very good and went to the gym this evening, yes have only just started after dr referral, they put me on some meds two years ago for cholesterol and I piled the weight on, been off the tablets for eight months but can’t shift the weight, but am quite enjoying the gym tbh so will stick at it !  Enjoy the rest of your day berna , nite nite xxxx
