Hi Dianne, I just got timed out so have to restart. I've ordered the book Orbital, must give it a chance. After all you are my book advisor. Crochet is @ a standstill. It's all about the wool feed. Either it's to tight or to slack & it falls from my lead finger. I nearly popped into the library on their Knit & Natter day for some advice. lol.I do know a few of the ladies there from when Sandra attended pre covid. Your right about long covid. I checked the symptoms & most of them fit. Sleep well...Nearly coffee time here.   

Evening Dianne, will Sarah be arriving tomorrow?  I'll have a look @ 'Orbital'. To be honest the title doesn't grab me. I'm bad as I judge a book by it's cover as they say. I'm the same with peeps, I think it's instinct. Not a good thing but it's ingrained. Also if someone lets me down I'm not forgiving. It's a case of once bitten twice shy..To be honest it hasn't let me down over the years. Outback daughter didn't arrive yesterday so guess she will be here today. Don't get any warning from her she just turns up. Sandra thought she would be here yesterday so she had a good tidy up. Must admit it needed it as it looked like a wool factory. lol. Don't suppose the F1 in Melbourne affects you in Rye. Have a grand evening.

Hi Dianne, sometimes when you say to peeps you can stay @ my place, then they become squatters. lol. Not funny really. Tracey was saying she gets home from work & the first thing that greets her is, Tracey how do I get BBC one on your tv. So Tracey rarely sees any programme that she wants. This couple are waiting for a house they are buying to go through. Now if it's the same there it can take months. Nice for her cats to have company. Oh well!! Goodnight.

Part 2, I've just been to Canada with Diane & got reminded about a throw on our bed. It's crocheted & I've always thought of it as rubbish. It was done by Sandra many years ago. But last night I had a good look @ it & now realise it's brilliant. So something good has come from my new hobby. I say hobby but it wont be unless I get the hang of it. lol. Onwards & upwards.. Happy month to you...

Morning Dianne, what are your plans for today? I did escort Sandra to her to her hairdressers just to make sure the staff there would phone me when she was done. I went from there into town as I needed some blocked nose relief as I'm still having trouble breathing @ night. I also checked out a new café to see if they served toasted tea cakes as that's my yardstick  for how good they are. They do so will give it a go. Crochet was better today so will graduate to the next step after chain stitch. This evening I've been to the Appalachian mountains to live as an ancient man. I say again WHY. He is only about thirty. Mind you he may say the same about me sitting here watching cricket. See you have a F1 GP next w/e in Melbourne.. Have a great day..

Dina lives just down the road and her family live opposite her in same road,which is good. Went to see her earlier and the amount of tests she needs to do is crazy until she gets regulated.  My Dave has just taken her to see the Dietry nurse as she isnt sure really what foods she can eat. We bought her 2 books on menues and food sto eat. But its still scary!

Evening Dianne, Sandra did crochet many years ago  & made some lovely things, like jackets etc. She also made a blanket from crocheted squares which most do. I saw a news programme from a old peeps hobby club & they crocheted @ an amazing speed. Anyway Sandra doesn't show any interest in that these days. She's even struggling with knitting where as she used to be a wizard.. When I have crocheted something recognisable I will send a picture, but don't hold your breath. lol. My fingers were made for more industrial work. Hope your having fun..
