Morning Dianne, so hot today, not good for peeps with Yogaitus. I'm sure I'm recovering. Hope I don't need a hip replacement. lol. Doing well with the identification of the old photos of Sandra's family. They do go a long way back. Been sending them to Cheryl Sandra's sister. I've sent ten so far & she has named them all.. Lots more to send. I thought Sandra would be excited, but no. Anyway I'll plough on. I'll put the names with the photos in the album. Been watching Moto GP which always remind me of Sue. Glad Mungos appointment went well.
Did some shopping this morning and then took Tasha to a doctors appointment. She has ulcerative colitis and occasionally flares. I was worried they would keep her in. But they are referring her for more tests.

Hi Dianne yes my new little car has been starting first time when went to yogasunday and Monday so much easier to get some shopping on the way back. I'll still use train and bus depending where I'm going as it can be easier than trying to get parking etc. If you look up gong  at sound healing you can read all about it. Yes my teacher has Hand made drum she uses as well at the retreat space I went to lots of drumming on all sorts of drums an d chanting and all sorts very relaxing. It got to 33 here today hot for us I'm in the garden now as cloudy and breezy must go  make myself some food and take washing inside.
