I go to physio this coming week.
I cant get over the fall I had/ and in a crowd on my own today (while Dave went to get a paper) i coukd feel myself getting hot and worrying etc. I hope it wears off soon. Perhaps when I get a new pair of glasses too as I think they annoy my balance. I was so glad to see Dave walking towards me as I was going out of the store x
