Hi Diane...I remember you saying before about the rain not reaching your plants on the balcony.  If you pushed them out further would it then?  Just thought it would save you the bother of watering them on those days.  I know you don't like the balcony though so will understand if you didn't want to.  Glad you are able to stay out of that heat and keep cool indoors.  It's the same here far to warm I am not doing much.  Well stay cool and in the shade.  Have a great day xxx

I guess by noon this heat may generate some storms .

Morning Diane, going to be even hotter today than yesterday which was roasting. I've started pruning big time the trees that overhang the bottom of my garden. The guy who lives over there used to keep them under control but not these days. he has a large garden so is not bothered. The thing is these trees by growing high has put our garden in the shade. I expect we will have a few well chosen words over what I've done but he can't put the branches back. lol. I've been on the look out for toys/games for the garden as all our old ones have vanished. I did buy some yesterday @ charity stores & today on my pre shop meander I'll have a look in a huge toy store near bye. Good news that you are now smokeless. No sign of any here yet. Off to the supermarket now, so have a good day....Lion...fanx. 

Hello Diane, our lovely Spring like weather has now left and Winter has returned. It has rained for most of the day and the heating is on again. Mungo keeps wanting to go out and then come back inside again minutes later. Mindy is just relaxing. She did try sitting on my knee whilst I was knitting this afternoon however she got annoyed at the knitting and tried to bite me. I shooed her off my knee. Mungo sits on my lap whilst I knit and sometimes gets annoyed at the wool but doesn't take it out on me. Enjoy your day.

Morning Diane hope you slept well was hard to get to sleep last night very warm in bedroom had to have the fan on
sounds like we all have the heat at the minute i will be glad when it cools off again here its ok when i am in the office or at home but walking round is very hot on the wards seeing patients
dont blame Sagwa backing off from the heat on the balcony sounds like it was very hot there yesterday
hope for a bit of a quieter day today but remains to be seen!
