Well some good news today got a letter to go to the 'knee education session' on 28th May apparently they do what you need at home & the exercises etc you need to do so am getting much closer than i thought i do wonder if it was smiling nice at my surgeon on the ward other day!! so things are moving in right direction
so work busy again but day went quickly
Enjoyed my lunchtime catch up with my friend we put the world to rights!

Morning hugs 7 here bbbrrr gosh zero your house bbrrr,,all ok here,,  quiet. ,,the dental you can phone to renew that is what I did,,you actually talk to a human,,number is on your renewal letter,,  the census just google the website given it pops up and a few stupid questions and done,   They give you code on your letter from mail,,you use then when finished give you a confirmation number to keep to prove you did,,hope you can get whatever you need done ,,ya pain free day is pretty funny I must admit ha ha,,need few groc nothing important enough to go out ha ha,, cold windy. 18 today pretty sunset last nite,,am just old and tired no ambition ha ha to scrub etc,,hope your day goes well hugs. ,,off to try wash floor or at least sweep,,  cheerios on floor. Ha ha hurt if step on,,
