Hi, Janet! All is going well here. I've got the laundry in the dryer and the dishwasher running. Don is feeling better on his new blood pressure medicine and the lip is nearly back to normal. Sandy has decided not to go to the doctor about her ankle. She said it wasn't hurting today and a lot of swelling has gone down. We hope that's the case. She did send a picture of her injury to Don's phone. If she still comes out here in October, we'll limit the amount of walking we do for sure.
Randy has been a good boy today. He ate first thing this morning. I took a cute picture of him on the bed this morning and will send. He's a sweetheart.
Better get moving and do some work around here. Last evening the cactus plants got watered and I did a bit of trimming and getting spent pads off of the prickly pear cactus. I'm not thrilled with the plants on the side of the yard with the wheel. Want to think of something different or add some color but then try and imagine cutting that big thing down.
Maybe I'll dust the furniture and work my way into the bedroom. Don's probably glad it's Friday because "On Patrol" is on at 6 this evening until 9....or if a football game is on, he can watch that, too. Take care! xx
