Randy hasn't eaten yet, but don't really have any chicken or salmon to mix with the rice.  He will get to it when the time is right.

Hi, Janet!  Is your Sat Navigation working today?  I don't even know how to turn ours on in the Jeep yet.  It's a lot different than the Camry.  I'm not sure we even had to use it in that car. 

Oh, what I'd give to get a good night's sleep, Janet.  I sleep well, but just not long enough.  Randy has some sort of alarm clock built into his brain & every morning we get up early.  Maybe tonight I'll try to head to bed at 10:00 p.m.  I don't like feeling so sleepy in the mornings. 

I spotted the medicine ball in the closet a couple of days ago. So now I toss it in the air and catch it.  Don and I used to toss it back and forth years ago.  Will have to look up some exercises to do. 

I'm going through drawers in the bedroom.  There are so many things I could get rid of but keep them anyway.  The only way I can really get tough is when I'm mad.  Ha ha!  Maybe the next time I'm upset I should grab a garbage bag and just go at it!  LOL
