TY for the field mouse.

The dermatologist was a L-O-N-G time in the waiting room.  It was packed with people when walking inside.  Don waits for me in the car.  OMG...nearly 2 hours until I got out of there.  Only a special husband would wait, right?  LOL  I sat down between two men...about the only seat available.  One said hello immediately.  Turns out he's from Michigan (our rival football college at Ohio State University).  Ha ha!  When he got called back, the man on the other side said a few things & then we got talking about music.  Seems he was in a band back in the day, too.  I told him about Don's band and all the people he got to play with over the years.  Too bad Don didn't come in with me.  They would have been fast friends.  When he got called back, a mother and son were leaving and he talked to me for a while while she was at the desk making another appointment.  He had the cutest little tablet that played games or little movies...and a "shark" water bottle filled to the brim with water.  So, I at least had some entertainment.  Usually I'm too shy to do talking to strangers, but must be my age now.  I even helped a man out the door with his walker.  :)  I didn't see Micheal Roos but the other doctor.  He was very nice and did some freezings on my arms, checked out my legs.  Mentioned doing that awful product on my legs again and I shook my head no.  I did not get along very well with the legs.  So he wants to see me back in 3 months.  He'll check on a spot on my leg I noticed that was red and enlarging. 

We went to Mia Ava's for pizza afterwards.  Not even hungry for dinner but will probably have some peanut butter toast and cherries.  Don ate a tuna sandwich before going to the gym.

Hi, Janet!  Hope that the part from Ford is what you need.  Maybe the oil he sprayed in there will work until the part can be ordered.  Cars & their expenses!  I loved my Toyota Corolla but it had a quirky side, too.  If I backed it out of the garage to the driveway to wash it, I'd have to drive it all the way around the block before turning it off.  If I didn't, it wouldn't start, as though it was flooded.  :(  So, as long as I drove it around the block, it was fine.  :) 

So nice that people are visiting with cards and gifts.  Tomorrow will be a special day.  Early Happy Birthday wishes for you.  You are so lucky to be able to be as independent as you are, Janet!
