I walked on the treadmill even though I shouldn't have this evening.  My "whatever" sciatica or disk problem is horrible.  Probably the reason he ordered the bone density test.  I'm thinking he'd rather have me take the test in Summerlin, but I don't want to go that far, so it will be at Desert View Hospital most likely.  I had a female doctor tell me I might end up in a wheelchair if I didn't take this medicine for my bones.  After I took one pill, I stopped taking them.  Some women had problems with their jaw getting disfigured...and I already had TMJ!  Anyway, I hope nothing is wrong.  My right leg is weaker than the left when Dr. Russ checked.

Hello, Janet!  Glad you had a good time at the wedding.  They had good eats and dessert, too.  Glad you had some wedding cake.  That's the only reason to go....CAKE!  Ha ha! 

I'll probably call tomorrow to make the bone density appt.  Didn't have time today, as I started cooking chicken and made a Chicken Fried Rice meal.  It was so good.   I cut up celery, green bell pepper, onion.  Set that aside.  Fried the rice in vegetable oil...then added the chicken marinating in soy sauce and salt and 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth.  After that cooked (approx. 25 min) added the vegetables.  Pushed aside the mixture and added two slightly beaten eggs and when they were set, stirred them into the mix....then added lettuce.  It was pretty darned good.  I used to make that for the kids when they were little.
