Well, the staff is divided, there are some who fear we won't get any agreement at al beacuse we all want PTO at the same time (not true, me for example I'd be happy to wait till September and split my PTO more evenly over the year instead of spending three weeks out of six in July/august already) and others who don't care/don't think it'll be such a problem. But of course it's a system we will have to get used to. We'll see at the end of this year how difficult planning our PTO for next year will be. I'll keep you updated. The new kids are starting now, too, it's so exciting. So far my group gets three little boys and one girl.
