a quiet afternoon splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! much of the snow has already melted although our high today was 0C. tomorrow will be much warmer. I could not settle last night, and so ended up with a total of 4 hours sleep. instead of grocery shopping I went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch, and will do the shopping tomorrow. Dresden is hanging out in the bedroom. the pillows are covered by pillow shams, and he likes lounging on the pillows. he sends drowsy snuggles to you, and to Pippin. I'm sending Pippin sleepy ear rubs. (there may be a nap in my near future.) can't believe I forgot about Great Expectations although I will admit it's been many years since I read it. take care, and I hope that chill breeze will ease up. hugs! xxx 🌷❤️

Hi Marguerite . Joan is doing  a lot more walking but 4 times rang me on the mobile to help her back into bed after the loo . Laura brought me home 8am as park run today.  It was good fun and it was 2pm by the time we cleaned up  . So 3 of us went to a hotel for lunch  Then  I sorted the figures for  the run and uploaded photos  then chilled. In bed now   Hope you had a good day x

I can add a pair of Magpies to my garden count. They were pecking on the lawn earlier, great big ones they are. Thinking of you and sending much love and hugs. Good morning Marguerite, tyvm for Tortoise 3 gems & bonus pink.  It is another very dreary day, dry 11C - must not complain though, it is good not to have more rain.  The garden is coming alive now, we had an abundance of snowdrops and now the daffodils are showing their pretty faces and swaying in the breeze and the Camelias and magnolia are budding.  Makes one glad to be alive!  I had the PET Scan yesterday and Malc was there till they through him out as I was in a room sealed as for a short while I was radioactive.  I had the scan and they collected Malc to bring me home.  I was only radioactive for a few hours and they obviously did not feel Malc or Bonnie were at risk.  Bonnie had a lovely long walk in the afternoon.  Thank you for her cuddles and we send lots back for the wonderful Pippin 🥉 I hope you are enjoying the weekend.  Look after yourself, keep warm & be safe.  Love hugs & blessings for you all  🤗🐾💕🥶❄️
Have a super Sunday

Woke to a wet morning yesterday but sun came out after lunch and it was warm in   the conservatory. I stripped the  bed and got the sheets washed left the duvet this time ,bed made then got the fire done . Had to mop the floor after going in and out in the wet .Idid manage to read my book for an hour in the afternoon noticed the windows need doing so that’s todays job . Enjoy Sunday stay dry and warm xx
