Hi Marguerite It was dull yesterday and 17 degrees. But thankfully the rain stayed away for the 2 hours at the garden fete at the care home . They had an accordian band then a singer and raffle, tombola etc  It was too loud for some of the residents . Poured all evening but saved watering the plants . Rain again this morning . Going to mass at 12 then Joan calling in . Laura is on a Norwegian cruise. I did it years ago with  Anne. Lovely cruise and weather just right, not too hot. Great you got the beds finished Joan has been doing gardening all week.  Take care x

Thank you for the tree frog (sorry .. no gibbon).
The tall ships are still here, it's a 4 day event. They are living tomorrow, so I've taken an extra day off 😉 You are sweltering in the heat again then! I hope our temperatures stay as they are, around 21c. I'm hoping to finish the Easy PL today , as my "magpie" plant will finally be rfh. I am holding off getting an egg in the nest till then, otherwise it will clash with attracting the chicks .. it's like higher maths sometimes .. lol ..
