a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! Dresden and I enjoyed a quiet day, lots of reading. unfortunately it started out with me having to rescue one of my houseplants. Dresden pulled over a big spider plant over night so before anything else I had to pick it up, re-pot it, and sweep up dirt. I've moved it into a room that's blocked to Dresden, and hopefully ti will thrive again. (my daughter gave it to me when she was in elementary school.) it was a beautiful day, up to 12C. tomorrow's high is predicted to be 0...and the possibility of snow. Dresden sends sleepy snuggles to you, and to Pippin. I'm sending many ear rubs to Pippin. (do you ever call him Pip? my son had a friend in high school called Pip, short for Philip, though.) take care, and wishing you a lovely weekend. hugs! xxx 🌷❤️

my Mom this morning ~ Not only
did the two of us sleep well last
night, but she is happy that the trim
and fresh water that I gave to her
tulips before I left helped them to
stand tall and straight and looks
like they were brand new again ~
