a quiet twilight splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! it's 17C here, and we had a light rain mid-afternoon. yes, can definitely tell summer is waning. I'm afraid the kitty boys would react to a pup in the household the way Mr Prickles reacted to Pippin's desire to play. they've not been welcoming to the few canines they've encountered over the years. of course, they're not incredibly welcoming to most humans either. Murphy likes to hide under the bed, and Dresden thinks if he crawls under the blankets on the bed he becomes invisible.  anyways! they still send snuggles to you, and to Pippin along with the many ear rubs I'm sending to him. we've had a quiet day at home, but a little bit busy with some laundry.  I also transplanted the African violet into a bigger pot. fingers crossed it will survive. take care, and wishing you a lovely weekend! hugs! xxx
