Good afternoon Marguerite. Just back from returning a pair of trousers. They were too long . Cool today but no rain yet. Joan coming in this afternoon once the electrician has finished   a job for her . She wants to keep doing short journeys  until she is no longer nervous . I have booked a night away next  Saturday for 4 of us . It was a good deal and Anne and Denise are happy to go. Hope you get to the garden centre soon   Pat is celebrating her 80th today  xx

Hello dear Marguerite and thanks for the Sloth - they make me smile! It's much cooler here today, I've been busy making a beef casserole - the slow cooker is doing its thing and the house is smelling rather nice! I will portion it and freeze it, we will take some to Wales. Maggie has been out on her table and also been having the zoomies with her rugby ball in her mouth.
